Position: Sales Executive
SALARY - £25,000 BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
REALISTIC 1st Year OTE £30 - £40,000 p.a. TOP EARNERS £60,000 + p.a.
Office Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM - Noon
**This is a full time, on-site role in central Norwich (NR3 3AE) on a permanent basis**
We are seeking a Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to contribute to our success as a fast growing, independent media business. While reasonable IT skills and sales experience are beneficial, we value attitude and positive nature above all – outgoing and energised attitudes produce top performers!

CEO Media Group is one of the UK’s fastest-growing independently-owned media businesses, specialising in global business publications, company brochures, and digital publishing.
Our flagship publication is Business Focus Magazine, in which we feature interviews with C-level executives from a wide range of industries all around the world.
We are looking for someone that:
- Is IT literate - Microsoft Office & CRM software specifically
- Has strong telephone-based rapport building and influencing skills
- Has some sales experience – preferably in B2B, proactive and target driven sales
- Is highly motivated to maximise their full potential – and earn more commission!

Your responsibilities will include:
Training and Development:
- 3 months training provided
- Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Take initiative in self-improvement and seek feedback to continuously refine performance
Sales and Client Relations:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our media offerings to potential clients
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
