Fee Earner/ Fee Sharing Consultant Solicitors & Experienced Caseworkers (Family Law & Immigration Law)

About Us
Louisa Rose Solicitors is a growing and client-focused law firm specialising in Family Law and Immigration. Due to continued expansion and an increasing caseload, we are seeking experienced and motivated Fee Earner Solicitors and well-experienced Caseworkers to join our team on a self-employed consultant basis.
Available Roles
We are currently recruiting:
- Self-Employed Consultant Solicitors (Family Law)
- Self-Employed Consultant Solicitors (Immigration)
- Well-Experienced Caseworkers (minimum 2 years’ full caseworker experience)
- Sponsorship candidates are welcome
What We Offer
- Immediate access to an established and consistent caseload (particularly within Family Law – no requirement to source your own cases in this area)
- Flexible working arrangements (You must attend our office once or twice per week to take clients' instructions and file review). If you are well-experienced and need less supervision, then you can attend the office less and work independently.

Important Payment Structure (Please Read Carefully)
This is a self-employed consultant opportunity only.
- No salary or hourly wages are available
- All earnings are based on a fee-sharing percentage of work completed on each case
- Payments are directly linked to billed and received fees
This structure is best suited to individuals who are entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload in Family Law or Immigration matters
- Deliver high-quality legal advice and case handling
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Comply with all professional and regulatory obligations
Requirements
For Solicitors:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in Family Law and/or Immigration
- Ability to manage cases independently
For Caseworkers:
- Minimum 2 years’ full caseworker experience in Family Law and/or Immigration (mandatory)
- Strong organisational, case management, and client care skills
- Ability to support fee earners effectively and handle matters competently

- This is not a salaried position
- No volunteers or unpaid placements
- Inexperienced applicants are not suitable for this role
