Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cab Office Controller who is confident, reliable, and professional. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a minicab control room and be familiar with Cordic dispatch software.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing bookings and dispatching drivers using Cordic
- Monitoring driver locations and allocating jobs efficiently
- Communicating with drivers and customers professionally
- Handling phone bookings and enquiries
- Managing peak periods and ensuring smooth operations
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous minicab controller experience is essential
- Experience with Cordic software is preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and able to work shifts

Additional Task
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate fleet records (vehicle files, servicing history, inspections)
- Produce weekly/monthly reports on:
- Fleet availability
- Maintenance costs
- Incidents and damage
- Compliance status
Accident & Incident Management
- Handle accident reporting and liaise with insurers
- Coordinate repairs and vehicle replacement when required
- Track claims, damages, and driver responsibility
