Job Description
M&BG Ltd are looking for a Credit Controller to work as a member of our existing accounts team.
You will be required to work 25 hours per week/possibly full-time. We are flexible on the hours and days to suit your circumstances.

M&BG Ltd are a fast-expanding Facilities Management Company providing a wide range of Commercial Maintenance Services to Commercial Client’s. Our Head Office is in South West Birmingham and we have a Branch Offices near Loughborough in the East Midlands and Whitburn in Scotland. Our current annual turnover is £8 million, split between 6 departments.
Requirements
· Hardworking, highly organised and computer literate.
· Experienced and proficient in all aspects of Sage 50 accounting software.
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
· Preferably 5 years industry experience with 2 years’ experience as a Credit Controller.
· Accountancy qualifications are preferred but not essential.
Role includes
· Debt management and collection of customer accounts.
· Ensuring daily targets are achieved such as chasing customers debt and resolving disputed invoice queries.
· Contacting customers by email and telephone.
The ideal candidate will
· Be able to on their own initiative and take responsibility.
· Be experienced in Credit Control.
· Be good at managing workloads to proactively work to tight deadlines.
· Project a professional manner.
· Demonstrate an excellent level of written and spoken English.
· Be an experienced user of Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience
- Credit Controller: 2 years (required).
