We are looking for a Supervisor who can walk in, take charge, and make sure every service runs brilliantly from start to finish. Someone who is calm under pressure, great with customers, and the kind of person a team naturally looks to when things get hectic.
What the role looks like:
You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team through your shift, and make sure standards are held whether it is a quiet midweek lunch or a rammed Friday night. You will be the person in the kitchen who keeps things moving, solves problems before they become issues, and makes sure every customer leaves happy.
What we need from you:
Some experience in hospitality is ideal, but more than anything we need someone with genuine confidence and a natural ability to lead. You are comfortable talking to customers, you keep your cool when it is busy, and your team responds to you. You take pride in a well-run shift and it shows.
