As a Trainee Manager, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions.

Assist in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred).

Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential).

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients.

Strong desire to learn and progress into management.
