We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail focused Housekeeping Inspector and Supervisor Assistant to join our growing team.
Your main responsibility will be to inspect our serviced apartments and homes after cleaning, making sure they are fully guest ready before check in. You will also support our Housekeeping Supervisor with day to day tasks, stock management, urgent property needs and occasional supervisory cover.
Our property locations: Coventry, Leamington, Warwick, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Rugby and surrounding Warwickshire and more being added as we grow. You will be required to travel to each of these locations.
This is an important role within our business, as the quality of our housekeeping directly affects our guest experience, reviews and reputation.
Travelling required - Must have access to your own car
Mileage paid for travelling - 45p per mile
Opportunity to top up hours to full time in other areas of the business (if needed)

Property inspections will be between 10am (checkout) and 3pm (check-in)
Flexibility required - as you would be required to work weekends and evenings when required

About the role:
This is a permanent part time position for 25 hours per week. However if you want more hours, we have opportunities within the business to top up your hours to full time hours. Over the next 12 - 18 months we anticipate this role expanding into a full time position as our business is continually growing.
Most inspections take place between 10am, when guests check out, and 3pm, when guests check in. Flexibility is important, as work may sometimes be required after 3pm, in the evenings, or at weekends depending on guest bookings and business needs.
Weekend or evening work will be required.
You must have access to your own car, a full driving licence as travelling between properties will be required.
Duties of the Role:
- Inspecting properties after cleaning to make sure they are guest ready.
- Using our housekeeping app to log feedback, photos and any issues.
- Training new housekeeping staff
- Supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor with linen stock management.
- Collecting emergency items from our unit or online orders when needed, such as replacement kettles, lightbulbs or other guest essentials and delivering it to guests at our properties during the day/evenings and weekends.
- Covering supervisory duties when the Housekeeping Supervisor is on leave.
- Reporting maintenance issues to our maintenance team.
- Giving respectful, constructive feedback to housekeepers. Their job is physically demanding, so feedback must always be given with empathy and professionalism.
- Supporting with new property set ups before they go live, including checking stock, layout and overall guest readiness.
- Carrying out other relevant tasks as the business grows.
Hours & Scheduling:
- 25 hours per week (with opportunity to top up hours to full time if needed).
- The role will most likely grow into a full time position within the next 18 months or less.
- Work can fall on any day of the week, including weekends.
- Most work is planned between 10am and 3pm.
- The busiest days for inspections will be Friday, Sunday and Monday
- You will be expected to work every other weekend.
- Inspections may occasionally be scheduled after 3pm where there is no same day check in.
- Ad hoc tasks may also be required after 3pm or in the evenings.
- Some days may run longer than expected, but we will always communicate clearly.
- Flexibility is important, especially during busy periods.

- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, serviced accommodation or hotel experience would be helpful, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
