Duties
- Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage the bar team to maintain high performance and morale
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes related to bar menu items, ensuring quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Assist in training staff on serving techniques, and customer engagement
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong team management and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including serving protocols and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of food production processes within a bar or restaurant environment
- Experience with kitchen operations or culinary tasks such as food prep or barista duties is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and engage guests
