Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, showcasing knowledge of the restaurant offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Participate in catering events as required, demonstrating versatility in service roles.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
