Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our head office and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This person will play a key role in maintaining effective communication, organising schedules, assisting internal teams, and supporting general administrative tasks that keep our business running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration duties and ensure smooth daily operations
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and direct enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and internal documentation
- Support with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence
- Assist with ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Support HR / recruitment administration as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general IT systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional and customer-focused approach
