What we’re looking for
Due to the award of multiple new contracts, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of major civil engineering projects. You’ll lead from the front ensuring safe delivery, technical excellence, commercial performance, and great communication with clients and your team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead safe, high‑quality project delivery
- Oversee all site activity in line with company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems
Drive operational performance
- Lead and support your site team ensuring delivery to programme, specification and budget
Ensure strong commercial control
- Work closely with the QS and Contracts Manager to protect profit and manage risk
Communicate effectively
- Act as the main point of contact on site with clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Previous experience of managing earthworks, highways and infrastructure projects
- First Aid at Work
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Manager card
- Valid UK driving license
