After a bartender for 2/3 shifts a week probs averaging 12-18 hours.Potentially more on the busier weeks (which we'll get more of as we get into the colder months).
It's The Star & Dove down in Totterdown, we're part of Guerrilla Pubs who run some of the best pubs around the city but all have great individuality to them.
We're known for free functions, live music (more events coming soon), sports, and a decent roast on a Sunday!
Pay is £12.75, you get 25% off on drinks here and more on food when working, and soon to get an app that will give us discount in our other pubs too.
Casual dress, expect hard work when needed but generally casual vibes too.
I always ask for 3 things from my staff - friendly demeanour, good work ethic, trustworthy. Give me those 3 things and I'll always do what I can for you.
