What You’ll Be Doing
As Restaurant Manager you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a passionate front-of-house team.
- Creating a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work.
- Delivering consistently high standards of food, drink and customer service.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver smooth daily operations.
- Producing weekly staff rota's.
- Recruiting, training and developing new team members.
- Coaching supervisors and supporting future managers.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety legislation.
- Handling customer feedback professionally and turning complaints into positive experiences.
- Driving sales while protecting quality and guest satisfaction.
- Leading by example during busy services.

You’ll be someone who naturally leads from the front.
You’ll enjoy coaching people, setting standards and creating an atmosphere where both customers and staff want to return.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Previous experience managing a busy restaurant, premium pub or hospitality venue.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- A passion for exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A genuine desire to build and develop a successful team.
