The Role
We're looking for a motivated and organised Trainee Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role is designed for someone looking to develop a long-term career in project management, leadership and business operations. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting client campaigns, coordinating teams and learning how successful projects are planned, delivered and managed from start to finish.
Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll develop the commercial, organisational and leadership skills needed to manage projects and client accounts with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of client campaigns
- Support the day-to-day management of projects and team activities
- Work closely with different departments to ensure projects run efficiently
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to achieving project objectives
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
- Develop an understanding of project planning, operations and business strategy
- Learn how to recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Support project reporting, organisation and performance tracking
