We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and professional Community Care Assistant to join our friendly team, supporting clients to live independently in their own homes across Bedford.
Working Pattern
This role includes:
- Every other Saturday and Sunday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Weekly flexi shifts that you choose to suit your availability:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm
- 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Minimum of 5 flexi shifts per month

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable
- Professional with a positive attitude
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle (essential)
- Living in or around the Bedford area
- Able to work the required shift pattern
