Revenue Services Officer
Grade E: £32,028.00 - £34,701.00 per annum

Cherwell District Council is a forward-thinking and innovative organisation committed to delivering excellent services to our residents. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Revenues Team.
The Job:
In this varied and rewarding role, you will help maintain accurate Council Tax and Business Rates records, ensuring residents are billed correctly and receive the right support at the right time whilst ensuring targets are met. You will manage enquiries by email, telephone and letter, providing professional advice and excellent customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience and contribute to a service that has a real impact on our local community.
A basic DBS check will be required prior to appointment.
