We are looking for a calm, reliable Support Worker to assist a young female with complex health needs.
The role includes helping to organise and attend hospital appointments, arrange patient transport, provide reassurance, and support with letters and forms. Consistent support is important to help reduce anxiety and manage changes to routine.
The individual is wheelchair dependent when outside the home and uses public and private transport. Hours are 4 per week (flexible) at £14.67 per hour.
Experience is desirable but not essential. Enhanced DBS and references are required.
