Schedule: Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota basis (day off in lieu)

About the Role
Due to the continued expansion of our vehicle rental business, we are looking to recruit an additional Vehicle Checker / Valeter / Driver to join our hardworking and friendly team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to a high standard and ensuring they are ready for rental. You will also perform customer-facing handovers and vehicle movements as part of the daily operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and valeting vehicles to a high standard
- Checking vehicles before and after rental for damage and condition
- Recording vehicle condition using a handheld device
- Carrying out customer vehicle handovers in a professional manner
- Delivering and collecting vehicles from customers and partner sites
- Ensuring vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and ready for hire
- Supporting general yard and operational duties
About You
- Able to work well within a team and on your own initiative
- Reliable, flexible, and hard-working
- Good attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation
- Confident communicator with good customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable driving cars and vans
Previous experience in a vehicle rental environment is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided. A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance would be desirable.
