New Build Price Workers
We are seeking a skilled and reliable New Build Site Plumber to join our construction team. This role involves installing plumbing systems on new build projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical systems, and construction site procedures. Duties
- Install, plumbing systems in new build properties, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
- Use hand tools, power tools to complete installations accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise installation.
- Conduct system testing to identify leaks or faults and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and carpenters to ensure seamless project progress.
- Complete documentation related to work performed for project records.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing installation within new build or construction environments.
- Competency in use of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to construction sites is required.
