As a Strategic Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Council's Property Strategy and Strategic Asset Management Plans. You will be the go-to person for Members and departments on property development matters, ensuring we have the right property in the right place. In this exciting role, you will:

Support Strategic Planning: Lead the development and delivery of the Council's Property Strategy.

Optimise Asset Use: Ensure optimal use of Council land and property assets to meet our goals.

Collaborate with Services: Work closely with outward-facing service areas to understand and fulfil their property needs.

Engage with Stakeholders: Be the first contact point for Members and departments regarding property development.

Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with the wider property and Corporate Landlord team on operational estate matters and projects.
To excel in this role, you should have:

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge of property management and strategic planning.

Experience in working with local government or public sector organisations.

Proven ability to analyse and interpret property data effectively.
