Working in a smaller consultancy means you'll work closely with clients and senior stakeholders, have direct exposure to a variety of projects and play a visible role in both project delivery and the continued growth of the business.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead client projects from initiation through to completion, helping turn objectives into clear plans, deliverables and outcomes.
You'll work with client teams and stakeholders, often within complex or evolving environments, bringing structure, focus and momentum to delivery.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience delivering projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
Desirable
- Consultancy experience.
- Experience delivering change or transformation projects.
- PRINCE2, APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification.
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, building relationships and helping projects move forward in environments where not everything is already defined.
Why Join the organisation?
- Direct exposure to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and sectors.
- A small, supportive team where your contribution is visible.
- Opportunities to help shape how we work as the business grows.
- Exposure to experienced project, programme and portfolio professionals.
