We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our successful mortgage team in Rainham.
This opportunity could suit either:
- A newly CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor looking for their first opportunity within the mortgage industry, or
- An individual with a strong background in sales, business development, or customer-facing targets who is looking to begin a long-term career in mortgage and protection advice.
Full training, support and development will be provided, with access to a strong lead generation platform and a recognised brand - William H Brown.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Meet with customers to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate and convert business opportunities.
- Recommend suitable mortgage and protection solutions in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities.
- Manage your pipeline effectively from enquiry through to completion.
- Deliver against agreed performance and service standards.

Essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience working towards targets, KPIs or sales objectives.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Desirable
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience within mortgage services, financial services, estate agency, banking, retail sales, recruitment, automotive sales, telecommunications, hospitality sales or other target-driven environments.
- Experience generating business through referrals, networking or customer engagement.
