Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light bites when needed
- Manage cash register operations efficiently, handling transactions with basic math skills and ensuring accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies promptly to keep the station well-equipped
- Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Skills
- Proven barista experience or strong passion for coffee crafting and customer service
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and best practices in food handling
