Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Live Shopping Presenter / Sales Host to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Present products confidently during live streaming sessions, highlighting features and benefits to viewers
- Engage with the audience through lively interactions, answering questions, and providing product recommendations
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour at all times
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content strategies for live events
- Manage real-time viewer interactions, encouraging participation and fostering a positive community atmosphere
- Assist in preparing products for presentation, including setting up equipment and ensuring a professional appearance
- Analyse viewer feedback and engagement metrics to optimise future live sessions
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
- Experience or interest in marketing and sales techniques to effectively promote products
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach a broader audience and enhance engagement
