Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to operate as a Self Employed Cleaner within part of a team. This role offers flexible working arrangements, The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Driver preferred.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned areas
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Assist with light organisational tasks such as restocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues when necessary
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and time management abilities are essential for managing multiple clients effectively
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and understand their needs

Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
