Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and close deals.
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Valid driving licence with a willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant programmes
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
