In our purpose built office/warehouse (LE3), packaging and international fulfilment is operating from, it is a great time to join the production team.
Key Accountabilities:
The Production Operative will support the team in the following tasks:
· Under direction of the Production Line Leader/Production Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the operation of the packaging line and adhering to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
· Operating the machine, assemble, dis-assemble, manufacture and move products
· Maintain and monitor the machine to make sure it functions properly
· Conduct quality checks periodically as needed
· Operating the pallet truck to manage incoming and outgoing goods
· Clean down the machine and production hall
· Training and providing support to new operatives on tasks
· Be flexible to be able to complete other Production tasks, such as Rip and Tip or over stickering of product, ad hoc clean down of packing hall
· Create boxes, trays and stack boxes on pallets based on pre communicated configurations.
· Any other reasonable production related task required

· Extremely organised and takes pride in maintaining processes with accuracy
· Strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with all team members and management
· Experience of working in a production line environment
· Must be physically fit due to the potential heavy lifting involved
· Adaptable nature and thrives well under pressure
· An eye for detail and accuracy is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
