Re-Letting are an established and growing multi trades company. Our work covers a variety of sites over the two subsections of our company Re-letting & Re-build. We are currently seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our expanding team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in delivering a high quality finish.
Roles & Responsibilities
- High quality surface preparation.
- Exterior and interior painting to a high standard
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work
- Uploading videos, photographs and comprehensive job notes to our online platform service m8
- Take instruction & liaise with the Painting Team Leader & Operations Manager
- Have basic handyman skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting and decorating is essential
- Good knowledge of modern paint systems
- Strong attention to detail and to take pride in their work
- Working alongside other trades when required
- Strong communication skills to interact with tenants and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The candidate must be competent using a mobile phone and using our job management platform service m8. Training will be provided.
- The candidate must be reliable & have good time keeping skills
- Ability to drive and hold a full clean UK driving license
- Hold valid ID/ Passport
