About Debonair Cooling
Debonair Cooling is a premium Daikin-specialist air conditioning company serving London and the surrounding counties. As a D1+ Approved Installer with 283+ five-star reviews, we deliver high-end installation and maintenance for discerning residential and commercial clients. We're bringing electrical works in-house to give our clients a fully integrated, premium experience from start to finish.
The Role
You'll be our dedicated in-house electrician, working alongside our installation teams across high-end residential and select commercial projects. Your remit is the electrical side of every Daikin install — running dedicated supplies, terminating fused spurs, upgrading consumer units where required, and issuing certification. The work is well-defined, repeatable, and high-volume, with a clear daily output rather than the variety (and chaos) of general domestic work. This is a founding role in our electrical function, with real scope to shape how we operate as we scale.

- Terminating fused spur connections at the indoor unit
- Consumer unit upgrades and modifications where the existing board can't support the load
- Testing, commissioning, and issuing Electrical Installation Certificates and Minor Works Certificates
- Notifying Part P works through NICEIC
- Planning cable routes and containment in collaboration with the install team during eSurvey and on site

- Maintaining the standard of cleanliness, presentation, and client care expected in luxury homes
