Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and personalised service
- Identify potential advertising opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs
- Present compelling proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our advertising solutions
- Utilise Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client records
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet organisational targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised advertising packages that align with client objectives
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the advertising or media sector
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse clients
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and negotiation skills
