Pay & Benefits
- £13.80 per hour
- £15.00 per hour at weekends
- Time and a half on Bank Holidays (£22.50 per hour)
- Paid travel time
- 45p per mile mileage

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Home Care Assistant to help establish and develop this new service area. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a local team, support new customers, and play an important role in shaping and growing our presence within the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Follow care plans accurately to meet individual needs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, families, and the wider care team
- Support with mobility and medication management
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes or concerns
- Uphold company standards, policies, and best practice at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Experience in domiciliary care or a similar setting is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed care plans
- Basic IT skills for care documentation
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
