Job Overview
The Content Producer will play a key role in maximising the value of the Partners Foundation brand, by bringing to life the organisational values through engaging written and graphical content.
The post holder will contribute innovative and engaging content for all channels including website, intranet, events, social media, newsletters, digital screens, video and presentations. This will enable us to communicate more efficiently and effectively across all social media channels to our tenants, staff and other stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Develop innovative and engaging content, campaigns and activity, engage tenants, staff and stakeholders with the Partners Foundation values, brand, culture and strategy.
- Develop and deliver content, personally and with third party agency support, that enhances the experience of campaigns, events e.g. tenant and staff case studies and profiles.
- Support Partners Foundation in connecting tenants' staff and stakeholders to our vision, values and objectives, keeping them engaged and entertained.
- Identify and lead key initiatives that enable our communications capability to be as effective as possible across multiple channels.
- Work with the technology available to develop and improve the digital distribution channels for communications.
- Be the technical lead on our intranet working to continually improve its capability as the central hub of information, engagement, and recognition for the Partners Foundation team.
- Monitoring performance and reporting on strengths and weakness, opportunities and threats.
- Help develop systems, tools and resources to support the flow of information throughout and outside the organisation.
- Support the culture of Partners Foundation and the vision and values.
- Deliver high quality customer care.

Person Specification

- NVQ Level 3 in relevant subject (E)
- A minimum of 2 years experience of delivering content and social media (E)
- Knowledge of social media policy and practice and able to keep up to date with changes and developments in this area, copywrite, property rights, advertising law etc (E)
- Technically proficient in photography, creative applications, video, animation etc (E)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills (D)
- Knowledgeable on all content and social media platforms and strategies, with experience using and optimising an intranet channel (E)
- Strong at building effective internal relationships with key stakeholders (D)
- Housing and housing related experience particularly in relation to supported social housing (D)
- Willing to participate in own professional development and evidence of ongoing professional development in this area (D)
- Commitment to the vision and values or Partners Foundation (E)
- Experience of supported housing and going the extra mile to support vulnerable tenants (D)
- Achieve individual and team targets (E)
- Excellent communicator skills to all audiences and in all mediums with specific consideration to those with physical and learning disabilities (E)
- Provide training to staff, team members and partners in relation to best practice (D)
- Excellent organisational skills and able to manage workload (E)
- Able to maintain up to date accurate records and present reports (E)

Pay: £15,442.00 per year
