Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range and industry trends
- Manage customer accounts, follow up on leads, and build long-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders
- Utilise IT systems to record sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
- Drive customer engagement through proactive outreach and personalised service
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
