We are looking for a friendly, professional and experienced Beauty Therapist & Eyelash Extension Technician to join our growing salon team in Shirley, Birmingham.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, takes pride in their work and provides an excellent experience for every client.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of professional beauty treatments, including eyelash extensions, while maintaining excellent customer service and high standards of hygiene.
Treatments & Responsibilities
- Classic, Hybrid and Volume eyelash extensions
- Eyelash lifts and tints
- Brow shaping, waxing and tinting
- Facial treatments
- Waxing treatments
- Manicures and pedicures
- Other beauty treatments depending on qualifications and experience
- Carrying out client consultations and recommending suitable treatments
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and professional treatment area
- Providing excellent customer service
- Building strong relationships with clients and encouraging repeat bookings
Requirements
- Beauty Therapy qualification required
- Eyelash extension qualification and experience preferred
- Previous salon experience is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, confident and professional manner
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about beauty and keeping up with current beauty trends
