We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our clinical team, committed to delivering excellent patient-centred care to our community.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role combining treatment room nursing and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities may include:
- General treatment room duties
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- Cervical screening
- Health promotion and screening
- Chronic disease management clinics
Ideally you will have experience managing diabetes or respiratory patients, though support and training can be provided to develop these areas.
We are keen to support ongoing professional development and will provide update training and opportunities to develop specialist interests.
Our Clinical Team
You will be working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team including:
- Experienced GPs (including GP trainees)
- Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- Physiotherapists
- Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technician
- Paramedic practitioners
- Mental Health Practitioner
- Social Prescriber
- Specialist Diabetes Nurse
All supported by a highly capable and friendly administrative team.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A registered nurse (NMC)
- Experienced in primary care or keen to develop into the role
- Confident running treatment room clinics
- Interested in chronic disease management
- Friendly, patient-focused and a strong team player
