Duties:
- Carry out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing adhering to manufacturer standards
- Document all work accurately and ensure completion within specified timeframes
- Provide professional advice and deliver excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, promoting team development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications, such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Professional attitude complemented by excellent communication skills
