Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to food safety standards

Experience
- Chinese Restaurant Experience
- Speak Chinese and English
- Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience across diverse cuisines
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Solid understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience demonstrating leadership in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills for effective serving and customer interaction
