Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to inspire and nurture young children during their early years. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning in young children
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety and well-being
- Support children’s social development by encouraging positive interactions and resolving conflicts effectively
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child’s development and daily experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that meet early childhood education standards
- Manage our daily routines efficiently while promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in childcare or a nursery setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact clearly with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Applicant must have a level 3 Childcare qualification, driving license is advantageous for flexible transportation needs
Pay: £26,208.00 per year
