The Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with strong clinical skills and excellent attention to detail. You'll play a key role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring patients receive a smooth, comfortable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general clinical procedures and treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring equipment is sterilised and ready for use
- Welcoming and supporting patients before, during, and after appointments
- Performing venepuncture (blood draws) safely and competently
- Accurate note taking and maintaining patient records
- Chaperoning during consultations/procedures where required
- Restocking and monitoring clinical supplies
- Ensuring compliance with infection control and health & safety standards
- Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant
- Essential: Competent and confident in performing venepuncture
- Recognised venepuncture certification (required)
- Strong note-taking and documentation skills
- Good understanding of general HCA duties and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
Desirable
- Previous experience working in an aesthetic clinic setting
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments/procedures
Salary
Salary is dependent on experience, responsibilities, and clinical skill set.
Clinic Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday 11AM- 8PM

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
