Job Overview:
We are seeking a organised and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team for maternity cover. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8am-3pm
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, using company auction software
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Preferred experience in Excel, Mail, Mac
-Skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
This position is for Maternity cover, fixed contract and immediate start , and there is the potential for the position to become permanent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
