Bar Team Member Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with a keen interest in mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high standard of service
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Live-out position

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to a high standard
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional attitude
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Ensure stock is replenished and inventory is accurately managed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist in the development of new cocktail recipes and drink offerings
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
