Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of styling services including haircuts, colour treatments, and specialised grooming techniques such as barbering and hair extensions
- Provide expert advice on haircare, colour choices, and styling options to clients
- Manage client appointments efficiently, maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk presence
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all treatments and work areas
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continually improve service quality
Experience
- Proven experience salon environment with a strong background in hairdressing or barbering
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Experience in front desk operations or administrative tasks within a salon setting is desirable
- Previous experience upselling products or services with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction
