Duties
- Create beautiful floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and occasion requirements
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related accessories to match their needs and preferences
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by proper handling, storage, and rotation
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and organize stock displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth store operations
- Support merchandising efforts by designing attractive displays that highlight seasonal themes and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Florist or in floral design preferred; strong gardening or horticulture background a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of floral arrangements, plant care, and merchandising techniques
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, and creating visually stunning displays
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
