We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy financial services office.
This is a key role supporting our advisers and administration team, ensuring the office operates efficiently, delivers excellent client service and maintains high operational and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office.
- Lead, support and coordinate the administration team.
- Allocate workloads and monitor workflow, priorities and SLAs.
- Support advisers with the effective delivery of mortgage, protection and wealth administration.
- Monitor outstanding cases, client actions and service requirements.
- Hold regular team meetings and one-to-ones.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development.
- Monitor performance, attendance and agreed KPIs.
- Ensure company processes, procedures and compliance standards are followed.
- Act as an escalation point for operational, adviser and client service issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and client service.
- Oversee general office facilities, health & safety and professional standards.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience within financial services, mortgages, protection or wealth management, together with previous team leadership or management experience.
You will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing people, workloads and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- A strong communicator who can work effectively with advisers, employees and senior management.
- Client-focused with a strong understanding of the importance of compliance and good client outcomes.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership.
