Thunderbolt Digital is looking for a highly organised and confident Digital Project Manager to join our growing team in Farnham.
This role would suit someone with around 2 to 3 years’ experience working within a digital agency who is comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating with clients and making sure work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
You will primarily be responsible for managing website and branding projects from initial brief through to delivery, while also supporting the wider marketing team with selected client activity.
This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential. You will be working closely with designers, developers, marketers and clients, so you need to be comfortable keeping projects moving, managing expectations and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.
Key responsibilities
- Managing website projects from initial brief through to launch
- Managing branding and creative projects
- Building and maintaining project timelines and schedules
- Coordinating internal designers, developers and marketing team members
- Communicating regularly with clients and providing clear project updates
- Managing deadlines, priorities and project deliverables
- Identifying potential delays or issues before they become problems
- Making sure client feedback is captured, communicated and actioned correctly
- Supporting the wider marketing team with selected client campaigns and activities
- Maintaining accurate project information within our project management systems
- Helping to improve internal processes and project delivery
About you

Experience
Ideally, you will have:
- Around 2 to 3 years’ experience in digital project management or a similar agency-based role
- Experience managing website or digital projects
- Experience dealing directly with clients
- A good understanding of the website design and development process
- Experience working with project management software such as Monday.com
- Experience or familiarity with WordPress
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace
Experience with Shopify would be advantageous but is not essential.
An understanding of recognised project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2 would also be useful.
