Duties

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software like Salesforce.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with organisational goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
Experience
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles within a B2B environment.
- Experience utilising CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team setting.
- Prior experience in analysing market data and translating insights into actionable strategies is desirable.

Pay: £32,500.00-£42,500.00 per year
