Drift Limits are looking for a friendly and energetic team player to join our front of house team who shares our passion for outstanding customer service and motorsports.
About us
We are London’s motorsport academy, catering for customers all over the world with a wide array of weird and wonderful vehicles from our humble Mazda MX5s, through iconic Lamborghinis and Ferraris, all the way up to a World Exclusive Jordan EJ12 Formula 1 car.
Our team is a very friendly bunch with the same goal and mindset, ensuring customers and our staff alike are enjoying their time at our venue and getting the most out of our vehicles.
What you will be doing
- Welcoming and greeting customers.
- Registering participants and verifying their credentials.
- Managing payments for additional purchases.
- Float and Cash checks with Z-List reports each day.
- Stock monitoring and replenishment for refreshments in our café.
- General housekeeping of your station and hospitality areas.
- Addressing customers needs and resolving or escalating concerns in a prompt and efficient manner
- Ensuring customers get the most from their visit – recognising if Mum deserves a hot lap in our Ariel Atom or if a boyfriend wants a portrait with our Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo!
- Supporting our front of house team with great communication ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the day’s experiences.

What we are looking for
- Experience in customer service, customer facing is preferred
- Great interpersonal and communication skills – you are the first point of contact for customers on the day
- Someone who is accountable and resilient
- Highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team and independently, following their own initiative.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £3,300.00 per year
