Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (SEND Experience Required)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality care and education, particularly for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive early years provision in line with the EYFS framework
- Support the learning and development of all children, with a strong focus on those with SEND
- Work closely with SENCOs, parents, and external professionals to implement individual support plans
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
- Proven experience supporting children with SEND
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
