Call Centre Representative – Recruitment Sales
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Working arrangements: Office-based with work-from-home options available

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Call Centre Representatives to join our recruitment sales team in Newcastle upon Tyne.
You will speak with prospective candidates and clients, introduce our recruitment services, identify new opportunities and help connect people with suitable roles. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where your communication skills, energy and determination can directly influence your earnings and career progression.
What you’ll be doing
- Making outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients
- Promoting our recruitment services and available opportunities
- Building positive relationships over the telephone
- Asking the right questions to understand individual requirements
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Following up on enquiries and maintaining regular contact
- Updating accurate information on the company database
- Working towards achievable individual and team targets
- Delivering a professional and positive customer experience
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in customer service, a call centre, sales or recruitment. However, previous experience is not essential because full training will be provided.

Applicants with recruitment experience are especially welcome, although it is not a requirement.
