We're looking for caring, customer-focused people to join our award-winning team in York as Contact Centre Pet Protection Experts.

The Role
As a Pet Protection Expert, you'll be the voice of Identi, supporting pet owners, veterinary practices, breeders and charities through a range of enquiries.
Using your customer service and sales skills, you'll help customers understand our protection services, ensure their details remain up to date and identify opportunities to upgrade members to our premium protection plans.
Working within our omnichannel contact centre, you'll handle enquiries via phone, email and webchat while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pet owners and professionals through inbound and outbound customer conversations
- Delivering friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable service across phone, email and webchat
- Helping customers understand the benefits of our protection and reunification services
- Identifying opportunities to upgrade customers to premium memberships and protection packages
- Retaining existing members by demonstrating the value of our services
- Working towards individual and team sales and service targets
- Building trust and long-term customer relationships through outstanding service
What We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated individuals who genuinely enjoy helping people and thrive in a target-driven environment.
You'll Have
- Experience in customer service, sales, contact centres or a similar customer-facing role
- Confidence speaking with customers and building rapport quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, resilient approach to achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- The ability to commute to our York office

Salary & Hours
Basic Salary
- £26,546 starting salary
- Rising to £27,379 after successful probation
- Further progression to £28,212
On Target Earnings
- £33,000+ per year
- Overtime opportunities available
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Permanent, full-time contract
- 5 days out of 7
- Rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm
